I have always been passionate about the psychology of colors, studying how to affect peoples lives on a deeper level. Through the understanding of colors I can now show others how they can affect the vibration, mood, and psyche of both the room and the occupants of the room.

I discovered my love of painting through some adventures that began by chance when I got offered a painting job after I decided to retreat from my many years in the corporate marketing world and realised I could be doing so much more for people.

My old career had become stagnant, always feeling stuck with just good enough and only hoping I was doing much more than helping the big guy get richer. What about the homeowner and their perception of their living space?

Your Friend really started as a do it all little company, helping small families with the things they needed most: from moving and hauling, fixing small projects, to restoring furniture and giving it to those same needy families.

Learning to paint and deepening my knowledge of color psychology has given me a chance to combine the aspects of all of these passions into one place: Your Friend's Painting.

Giving back something to my neighborhood where people need to find comfort, to find true enjoyment in their freshly painted surroundings, to feel the good vibes all around them has been exhilarating and rewarding. My one true goal is to paint the world a brighter place, one wall at a time!
